"Vinh-Isms" The Gift that Keeps on Giving... Vol 1 Issue 1

I have decided to write today since my plan is to be in bed until I gotta get up and head out to the Warriors game... Woohoo (I'm Yawning as I say this) No worries I do love xmas - Our festivities occcur on Christmas Eve -

And I know it's not stuff your face day but I feel this is also another day to give thanks for all of life's blessings...

And before my blog is at the risk of being labeled the "I Love Vinh" blog - I really want to, first, thank God for everyone and everything that I have in my life... I have a roof over my head, food in my belly (plenty plenty of food), people that love me for being me, and that would be enough...

And God still continues to bless me with nights like the one I shared with both of my families last night... Family Ngo and Family Luna-Paredes :-) I had so much goooood foood! And I laughed and I cried (Had an anxiety attack before heading out but I managed it-ish - - - I had to re-do my makeup but no biggie - - - I can laugh it off now and that's all that matters)

Ok - so now... what I have been accumulating in the last few weeks, "The sh-stuff my future hubby says..." (This will be a continuing blog - to be continued, if you will, because +Victor Ngo  is the gift that just continues giving) The best part of being with my Babo is that We laugh! I am happy to have found someone that makes me laugh everyday that I am with him! We love each other so much that we can laugh AT and WITH one another!

So without further ado, here it is, in no particular order:
(Most of these, outta context, will not make sense so I will do my best to provide you with a backstory)
(BTDub: If y'all have any "Vinh-Isms" to share please send 'em my way)

• Backstory: At dinner reflecting on how long we've been together (6 1/2 years) and how much we have changed and Vinh says, with an exasperated expression, 
•  "After 6 years this is what we look like...agh... imagine 6 more years... whoa..."

•  Backstory: Watching Hunger Games: Catching Fire it became more of a comdey because I couldn't stop laughing when Vinh whispered...
• "He should go see a dentist about that gingivitis..."  In reference to President Snow's blood in his wine glass...
• "Why is everyone saying Peter's name in a British accent???" In reference to Peeta (LMAO)
• BTW: If you couldn't tell, he hasn't read the books

•  Backstory: Discussing our favorite Power Rangers and I immediately go into the Power Ranger Zord Calling song (Go-go Power Rangers) and I tell him I always got stuck playing the Yellow ranger because his Girlfriend +irlanea Luna always got to be the Pink ranger  and he says without an ounce of irony...
• "I know, same here, damn the powers that be... My sister always got to be the Pink ranger too" and the he says "Well it's our turn, "Pterodactyl Firebird Thunderzord Power"

• Backstory: While lying in bed and cuddling-wuddling I say to him "Babe you're shivering- I can turn on the heater...?" He says...
• "You didn't know baby, that's twerkin in bed..."

• Backstory: Discussing that I have always fantasized about traveling on my own and so I ask him where would you want to go on your own....
• "The place where I'd want to go by myself is...[midsentence stops and says] umm nah...I'm too scared to travel by myself"

• Backstory: Discussing Santa's travel in one night and who decided his fashion threads...
• "Someone needs to talk to his personal stylist because that poor guy can get a heat stroke in that suit when he travels to Central America"

• Backstory: I get really irritated and tell him  he never agrees with me and he says...
• "What do you mean? I agree with you all the time..." I give him my wtf look and he says... " I agree when you say that I'm handsome, good looking and well dressed"

• Backstory: I like seeing how far I can jump (Sidenote: I have a fantasy to jump from one rooftop to another- I dunno know why- I just really want to) So sometimes I'll ask him "you think I can jump from this end to the other... " In this particular instance I talked myself out of it and he said go for it! So I said "You just wanna see me fall AND DIE" he says...
• "No, of course not... [I think aww] and he says "I just wanna see you fall..."

• Backstory: I love to burp and he loves to pick his nose (We know how to class up any place) He hates that I can burp and talk simultaneously - so he says "How is that ok? But I can't pick my nose" I respond... "it's ok because I am multi-tasking" And he says, so matter of factly...
• I can pick my nose and talk at the same time too, see..." As he proceeds to show me that he can... As if I doubted his skills...

• Backstory:  This one is an oldie but a gooodie - This was at dinner about to use a coupon...he says...
• "Uh... I don't wanna come off as being cheap... [takes a look at me] Oh, who am I kidding I am cheap..."

• Backstory: At my cousins 15th Birthday as we're about to hit the dance floor to one of my mom's favorite songs, my nephew says "if your mom were here we'd be dancing cause we always dance this song together" and Vinh looks at me and says...
• "I know! I miss your twerkin' with your mom..."

And that ladies and gents is that man I am going to marry and I wouldn't have it any other way!
