This blog-post began with the purest intention to be funny and our weddi-versary trip conversations inspired me to REWRITE the whole post with an "announcement" and my hubby's VinhIsms. Here we go... Here it is, my take on our first year of marriage brought to you by my husband's "Vinh-isms" There are days that I would like to ring his neck Homer Simpson style and then there are days that I find myself singing because I'm thinking about how much I love my husband. We decided to write add a new set of vows each wedding/matrimony anniversary and hearing him say what he said touched my heart and tickled my soul in ways that are new and exciting!!! Our re-newed vows made us reflect on the question that we've gotten asked most often through out our first year of marriage: "So what has changed in your first year of marriage?" And at first, we were both a bit bothered by the question because we had been together for 8 years by the time we got married - so technically and practically speaking, we were already "married."
